Appraisal Services

We prepare reports for Commercial Real Estate and Business Valuations. In order to offer the most competitive fee structure a written bid specific to needs of the client is prepared prior to engagement.  
After all, clear detailed communication is a key to efficient processing, scope of work clarity , ahead of schedule delivery,  and exceeding expectations every time.

Services include the valuation and/or consulting of commercial real estate and full/fractional business interest valuation. Real Property valuation includes all real property uses including offices, retail, industrial, special use, production housing tract development, vacant land, residential income, and much more. 



Building Sketch and Drawing Services (2D or 3D)

Drawing services include so many possible needs that these services too are bid in writing. In order to offer the most competitive fee structure a written bid specific to needs of the client is prepared prior to engagement.  
 Service needs include basic and detailed 2 Dimensional layouts of any existing structure. Whether it is a 600 square foot residence, a 500,000 square foot multi level office structure, or a proposed kitchen remodel.
Any degree of detail from 2 Dimensional perimeter delineation for gross building area calculations at exacting standards to 3 Dimensional proposed interior office design, even architect prepared construction documents.
